Luis Ortiz began V2A in 2020 as an intern working for his bachelor's Capstone project and then began as a Business Analyst in July 2021. Before V2A, he worked for Ethicon’s JJPS department where he got the opportunity to apply Lean Six Sigma methodology and was introduced to the world of data analysis. Currently, he’s working with a Telecommunications company where he is identifying new ways to use his knowledge to improve the processes and quality of the service provided to the customer.

Luis likes to travel, cook, play soccer, go to the beach and do anything else related to nature. Additionally, he likes to go out with friends and family to discover and enjoy new places that expand their culinary palate.
