Luis Ortiz started V2A in 2020 as an intern working for his Capstone undergraduate project and then started as a Business Analyst in July 2021. Before V2A, he worked for Ethicon's JJPS department, applying the Lean Six Sigma methodology and learning about the world of data analysis. He currently works in a Telecommunications company where he is identifying new ways to use his knowledge to improve processes and the quality of service provided to the client.

Luis likes to travel, cook, play soccer, go to the beach, and do everything related to nature. Additionally, he wants to go out with friends and family to discover and enjoy new places that broaden his culinary palate.
