WeServe Fellows

The WeServe Fellows (WSF) program is a summer internship that provides students with the unique opportunity to work on a high impact, end to end consulting project with nonprofits. Fellows are prepared with a series of expert led career sessions and technical training, which they get to apply to their projects over the summer. Participating students come out of the program with greater perspective of their career interests as well as skills to help them succeed in the future.

Program Highlights:
  1. 8-week end to end consulting project in which Fellows are treated as consultants & given project responsibility.
  2. Career sessions with industry experts and trainings with V2A consultants, partners and external contacts.
  3. Mentor guidance and partner feedback.
  4. Experience more of V2A’s culture during townhalls and fun team activities.

which includes a problem-solving test, an experiential interview, and a series of case-based interviews.

Recruiting Steps:

Problem Solving Test

Online assessment that focuses on your problem-solving skills and personality.

Experiential Interview

Experiential interviews are similar to a traditional job interview. It is an open conversation where we get a chance to get to know you more in-depth, your accomplishments and learn about your interest in V2A, along with a short case for discussion. It also gives you the opportunity to get to know the firm better.

Case Interviews

In these interviews, you will be presented with a challenging business scenario to investigate and propose a solution for. Case interviews are open conversations that often reflect real issues our clients face. They allow us to observe your problem-solving approach and thought process, and give you a chance to experience the type of challenges a consultant encounters.
