After working for more than 5 years in the manufacturing industry, V2A has given me the opportunity to grow in the areas of Organizational Design, Process Improvement, and Digital Transformation for the service industry. Get to know Adrián Pérez

Adrián joined V2A in 2017, following six years as an engineer in Connecticut, where he was responsible for manufacturing jet engine parts. His background with lean manufacturing, customer service, and product development were the right fit with V2A.

During his tenure at V2A, he's had experience working in the healthcare and public sectors. Within healthcare, he has been the lead associate responsible for the operational optimization (Lean) of a leading organization's key business process. Within the public sector, he led the team that supported the digital transformation of a public procurement agency and has worked in major reorganization engagements.

Adrián is an avid sports enthusiast. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
