Graciela is one of our most senior leaders in the firm with more than 15 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Lean Management, and Cultural Transformations. She has worked with numerous clients within the Financial Services sector and extensively within Healthcare, making her our Firm expert in this industry. Furthermore, she is passionate about making a difference for non-profit organizations, working tirelessly to transform their businesses, and is an advocate of women in leadership roles. Her unique combination of engineering and marketing backgrounds have proven invaluable in delivering solutions for a wide range of clients. Internally, she has been instrumental in the development of our firm infrastructure, enabling a winning organization and culture.
As a mom of two, Graciela has little time to enjoy her once frequent activities such as tennis and golf; however, she does make it a point of running on a daily basis, and practicing yoga. She is an avid reader and traveling is her passion with exotic destinations such as South Africa and New Zealand topping her list of favorites.
