V2A has a rigorous evaluation process

which includes a problem-solving test, an experiential interview, and a series of case-based interviews.

Types of Interviews

Problem Solving Test

Conducted either in person or online, the test typically focuses on your problem-solving skills.

Experiential Interview

Experiential interviews are similar to a traditional job interview. It is an open conversation where we get a chance to get to know you more in-depth, your accomplishments and learn about your interest in V2A. It also gives you the opportunity to get to know the firm better.

Case Interview

In this interview, you will be presented with a challenging business scenario to investigate and for which to propose a solution. Case interviews are open conversations typically around real issues facing our clients. They give us a chance to see how you approach problems and think through questions and give you the opportunity to experience the kind of problems a consultant would.
