Tatiana joined V2A in January 2021, formally resuming her passion for consulting. She comes from a very diverse professional background, with more than 20 years of experience in FMCG, consulting, banking, and consumer goods, Tatiana combines strategic insight and operational expertise to drive results. Formerly with Procter & Gamble and McKinsey & Company, she specializes in managing complex and multi-stakeholder projects, optimizing operations, and delivering transformative strategies to maximize ROI. Certified in CX Strategy from MIT and with an MBA from Haas Berkeley and HEC-Paris, Tatiana has a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency for corporations and startups across Latin America and the U.S.
Within V2A, Tatiana is a lead mentor in the We Serve Fellows program and plays an active role in the Strategy & Growth and Financial Services practices. Outside of work, she's a marathon runner and a certified ontological coach, passionate about facilitating transformational processes in both personal and professional contexts.
