“V2A feeds my entrepreneurial spirit. I haven't had a single dull moment here, as day in and day out we strive to solve new problems for our clients and face those challenges with optimism and passion. I love the atmosphere and culture at V2A, it really feels like I'm part of a team that is looking to achieve something bigger - our main project is Puerto Rico.”

Carlos teams with clients to offer practical, strategic solutions for navigating and resolving complex challenges involving organizational transformations, merger integrations and strategic planning. Carlos joined V2A in 2017 and is now part of our team of Engagement Managers.   During his time at V2A he has worked extensively within the Telecom industry including very complex merger integrations and more punctual strategic projects. Carlos has also supported and led high-visibility operations projects involving staffing for a local law enforcement agency within a highly scrutinized fiscal oversight atmosphere.

Carlos’s professional background in marketing consulting helps him focus on what customers want and how end-users will benefit from organizational transformations. His academic background makes him a deeply critical and analytical person that is not afraid to ask the hard questions and looks at challenges from every possible angle. He also has a bias towards action, ensuring implemented plans deliver short term results as well as long term impact.

Carlos enjoys staying in touch with his creativity through writing and photography, as well as staying active through sports like volleyball, softball and golf. In fact, he is the co-founder of an amateur sports club and even spent some time as a NCAA Volleyball coach. However, most of his free time is spent with his wife and two young children.
