Mariam began at V2A in 2017 as an Associate after working in the Public Sector for five years. Now as one of our Engagement Managers, she has been leading workstreams within Healthcare, Telecom, and Utilities. She has led diverse Operational projects related to organizational capacity optimization, process improvement, and Lean transformations. Mariam is one of the firm experts implanting OAR Methodology (Staffing and Allocations Study), also accomplished in Strategic Planning as well as Project Management. Mariam’s passion for organizational transformations, her industrial engineer background coupled with the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, make her a well-versed resource capable of tackling any client challenges.
Mariam enjoys sports, especially volleyball, exercising, and doing outdoor activities. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her beautiful dog.
