Toña joined the V2A practice in the Dominican Republic in 2018, after working for several years in Caracas in the consumer goods and food journalism industries. She began her consulting career working in the banking industry in Panamá and the Dominican Republic. At V2A, Toña worked on a project based in the Bahamas focused on time sensitive Hurricane Recovery Efforts. She has also collaborated in a Lean Management project to improve a customer service operation for a top Financial Services institution and in the development of a growth strategy for a leading communications company.
She enjoys running as a hobby and spends most of her free time in the outdoors, enjoying the endless natural attractions of the Dominican Republic. She also hosts “3 Hacen Paréntesis”, a podcast recorded by three millennials talking about interesting topics for all generations.
