The importance of the Public Service Reform and how its pilot program has progressed

Welcome to our podcast about Public Service Reform or better known in English as 'Civil Service Reform'. In it we spoke with Arnaldo Cruz, director of Research and Public Policy of the Financial Supervision and Administration Board for Puerto Rico; who shares with us the objectives pursued by the reform, its importance and some of the challenges encountered during the implementation of the pilot in the Office of Management and Budget and in the Department of the Treasury. Additionally, we will be discussing in more depth the human capital management framework that V2A Consulting uses and how these attributes are evolving in the reform promoted by the government.
