It begins with a one-week preparation phase, where V2A aligns objectives, timelines, and communication strategies with leadership. This is followed by one week of internal communications, using templates and materials provided by V2A—including leader announcements and promotional posters with QR codes to drive participation.
Survey collection typically lasts two to three weeks, during which employees respond anonymously using a secure system managed by V2A. Once the data is collected, our team conducts a two-week analysis, evaluating quantitative indicators, demographic segmentation, and open-ended responses to extract deeper organizational insights.
Confidentiality Comes First
Employees share more openly when they feel safe. ECO is designed with strict privacy protections:
- Responses are fully anonymous
- Data is collected and stored securely directly by V2A
- Groups with fewer than five participants are automatically hidden
- Clients receive navigation-only access to the interactive dashboard
This ensures psychological safety and encourages honest, high-quality feedback.
