Get to know Andrea McDougall
Andrea joined V2A in 2020, after coming back to Puerto Rico from working in the aerospace industry. Her background in process improvements, Lean, and operations management brings a great asset to help improve our clients’ business performance. At V2A, she has supported projects in the healthcare industry assessing and improving operations and leading efforts to design and implement new processes aiming to improve client satisfaction. Andrea has also supported a few training efforts within the firm and served as a lead mentor during the We Serve Fellowship program.
Andrea enjoys going to the beach, exercise, cooking, and spending time with family and friends in her spare time. She also likes traveling, trying new coffees, and listening to music & podcasts.
