Get to know Lorraine Martínez Neris

Lorraine joined V2A in 2016, after completing her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez and her master’s in Engineering Management at the University of Florida. In Lorraine’s previous work, co-op and internship opportunities in both the manufacturing and service industries, she employed industrial engineering and Lean Six Sigma tools to improve operations productivity without compromising quality standards.

During her tenure at V2A, she’s had a breath of experience in telecom, public and healthcare industries.  Within telecom, she has been involved in the post-merger integration (facilities consolidation, organizational design and cultural change management), operations optimization (Lean redesign and implementation) and post-hurricane recovery engagements in industry leading clients.  Regarding public and healthcare sectors, she has worked in a variety of work fronts from clinical program development, operations design and organizational restructuring projects.

Lorraine loves to explore nature, visit new places, try different foods and dance folkloric and tropical music. She also enjoys spiritual growth activities.
