María Fernanda holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University. She participated in the We Serve Fellows program in 2022 before joining V2A in 2024. With a background in process improvement, lean methodology, and strategic planning, María Fernanda has played a key role in shaping organizational climates and driving change within businesses. Currently, she is focused on implementing continuous improvements to Puerto Rico's consolidated permitting digital platform.

Outside of her professional life, María Fernanda is passionate about trail running, enjoys outdoor activities, plays soccer, loves exploring new food spots, and has a deep interest in traveling.
