Get to know Marlene De Varona

Marlene is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over eighteen years of experience in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and financial services sectors. Her broad business and operations background combined with in-depth Lean Six Sigma expertise has proven invaluable in Process Improvement, Change Management, and Cultural Transformation consulting projects. Once Marlene joined V2A, she assumed the roles of Engagement Manager and Subject Matter Expert in projects focused on the application of Lean Six Sigma, Analytics, Training, Change Management, and Cultural Transformation. Marlene has also supported other initiatives within V2A by facilitating workshops, focal groups, processes analysis, and surveys to the firm’s clients.

 

Marlene enjoys dancing, sports, and the beach. Also, she’s an expert in the development of cognitive skills and owns a brain training center.
