Keren has more than 9 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, and Organization projects. Specifically in Operations, she has supported a Lean process transformation for a top Financial Services institution in Puerto Rico and has co-led the Staffing Allocation and Resources Study, using our proprietary OAR methodology, for a local law enforcement agency, as well as supporting analysis for a jurisdiction in the United States. More recently, she led engagements for a Telecom company in both Barbados and Bahamas, focused on time-sensitive Hurricane Recovery Efforts and revenue leakage assessment. With this passion, she led the development of the first WeServe Fellows, a virtual internship where 30 college students conducted projects with 13 micro-enterprises and nonprofit organizations. Keren is also a Certified Executive Coach, holds the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and supports leaders of small organizations on her own.
Keren loves traveling and being exposed to diverse cultures. Keren plays several music instruments and composes music of her own. She also began learning wood furniture making and restoration and is now developing her own projects.
