Con una cartera de 13 proyectos activos, el departamento necesitaba un apoyo robusto para asegurar el cumplimiento, la ejecuci\u00f3n adecuada y una comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva con las autoridades federales.<\/p>\n<p>V2A Consulting intervino para proporcionar servicios integrales de gesti\u00f3n de proyectos, adaptados a las complejidades \u00fanicas de las iniciativas gubernamentales a gran escala. Su enfoque se centr\u00f3 en varias \u00e1reas clave:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cumplimiento Federal<\/strong>: Asegurar que todos los proyectos se adhirieran estrictamente a las directrices y requisitos federales, un aspecto crucial para mantener la financiaci\u00f3n y evitar retrasos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Controles de Proyecto<\/strong>: Implementar controles rigurosos para monitorear el progreso, gestionar presupuestos y mitigar riesgos en toda la cartera de proyectos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9tricas de Rendimiento<\/strong>: Establecer m\u00e9tricas claras para rastrear el rendimiento del proyecto y demostrar resultados tangibles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Facilitar una comunicaci\u00f3n fluida y transparente con los socios federales, fomentando la confianza y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Una parte significativa del papel de V2A implic\u00f3 el establecimiento de una nueva Oficina de Gerencia de Proyectos (PMO). Esta PMO no se trataba solo de supervisi\u00f3n; fue dise\u00f1ada para proporcionar direcci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y apoyo pr\u00e1ctico a los gerentes de proyecto.
