Este cruce nos permite entender qu\u00e9 activar, con qui\u00e9n, y c\u00f3mo.<\/p>\n<h5>Lo que la organizaci\u00f3n debe poner en marcha<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Aqu\u00ed no hablamos solo de informar, sino de generar di\u00e1logos reales. Es clave abrir espacios donde el liderazgo escuche activamente, recoja percepciones, responda inquietudes y ajuste el rumbo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coaliciones:<\/strong> Para que el cambio avance, necesitamos reunir a personas que compartan el mismo mindset y est\u00e9n dispuestas a empujar desde diferentes partes de la organizaci\u00f3n. Estas alianzas \u2014formales o informales\u2014 se convierten en el motor que activa conversaciones, identifica riesgos y da direcci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compromiso:<\/strong> Una se\u00f1al clara de compromiso organizacional es la capacidad de repriorizar. Si el cambio exige m\u00e1s carga de trabajo, hay dos caminos: incrementar capacidad o dejar de hacer ciertas cosas que ya no son tan relevantes. No se trata solo de pedir m\u00e1s esfuerzo, sino de hacer espacio para lo que realmente importa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Lo que las personas necesitan para cambiar<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Saber:<\/strong> El punto de partida es entender qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 cambiando, por qu\u00e9, y qu\u00e9 se espera de cada quien. Sin esa claridad, aparece la incertidumbre y con ella, la resistencia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Poder hacer:<\/strong> Para cambiar hace falta algo m\u00e1s que voluntad. Las personas necesitan tener las destrezas, conocimien\u00a0(Gartner, 2023)tos y herramientas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Querer:<\/strong> Las personas deben querer cambiar. Esto se logra conectando emocionalmente con la visi\u00f3n, generando sentido de urgencia y mostrando el impacto que tendr\u00e1 el cambio en la organizaci\u00f3n, el equipo y el trabajo individual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa al cruzar ambas dimensiones?<\/h5>\n<p>El verdadero poder del modelo est\u00e1 en su intersecci\u00f3n: cuando cruzamos lo que la organizaci\u00f3n activa con lo que las personas necesitan, podemos mapear exactamente qu\u00e9 acciones tomar. Por ejemplo, si queremos desarrollar capacidades, \u00bftenemos una coalici\u00f3n que pueda liderar la formaci\u00f3n?, \u00bfla comunicaci\u00f3n actual est\u00e1 ayudando a cerrar brechas?, \u00bfhay motivaci\u00f3n real o solo cumplimiento?<\/p>\n<h5>\u00bfY c\u00f3mo se aplica?<\/h5>\n<p>El modelo nos permite descomponer el cambio en acciones concretas y necesarias. Ayuda a identificar brechas, priorizar intervenciones y definir responsables.
