ColaborativoPR

V2A Consulting ha facilitado la planificación estratégica de ColaborativoPR, un grupo de seis fundaciones que se han unido para desarrollar e implementar un proyecto de impacto social medible dirigido a asegurar el éxito educativo de los estudiantes de escuelas públicas hasta y durante la universidad. V2A ha ayudado a diseñar el programa piloto en Loiza, definir las métricas de éxito, desarrollar herramientas de medición del programa y actualmente está ayudando en su expansión a otras comunidades en Puerto Rico.

Boys & Girls Club of Puerto Rico

V2A Consulting ha apoyado al Boys & Girls Club de Puerto Rico, líder en ofrecer servicios extracurriculares a participantes de 6 a 18 años, al ofrecerse como voluntario para dirigir algunos de sus talleres educativos orientados al desarrollo del carácter y a la promoción de la ciencia, la tecnología, la ingeniería y las matemáticas.

Juan Domingo en Acción

V2A Consulting ha apoyado la misión de Juan Domingo en Acción (JDA) de mejorar la calidad de vida de los residentes de Juan Domingo, contribuyendo con nuestro tiempo, liderazgo y habilidades técnicas en varios esfuerzos estratégicos para abordar los problemas sociales, educativos y económicos más urgentes de la comunidad. Además, los miembros de nuestra firma siempre están presentes y apoyan diversas actividades de recaudación de fondos, como el concierto anual de violín y “Ríe por una causa”.

Instituto Nueva Escuela

V2A Consulting ha colaborado con el Instituto Nueva Escuela (INE), que busca mejorar los resultados académicos y socioemocionales de los estudiantes de escuelas públicas, en el desarrollo de su plan estratégico, revisiones estratégicas anuales y sesiones de estrategia de crecimiento del método Montessori en Puerto Rico.

Grupo Guayacán

V2A Consulting ha sido uno de los mentores y asesores de Grupo Guayacán desde el 2004. La visión de Grupo Guayacán es liderar en la construcción de un ecosistema emprendedor para ser un motor de creación de valor económico y social en Puerto Rico.

Grupo RETO

V2A Consulting ha apoyado a la fundación de Fundación RETO, una organización sin fines de lucro que cree en la importancia de la educación integral de nuestros niños y jóvenes dentro del ámbito educativo y familiar como medio fundamental para el empoderamiento del ser humano. Desde sus inicios, V2A ha sido parte de la Junta Directiva de esta fundación.

Causa Local

V2A tiene una asociación con Causa Local, una organización sin fines de lucro enfocada en brindar a las pequeñas empresas acceso a capital y recursos para crecer y mejorar sus organizaciones. V2A colabora con ellos en la prestación de servicios de consultoría para pequeñas empresas seleccionadas que han demostrado su potencial de crecimiento.

Fundación Hospital Pediátrico

V2A tiene una asociación a largo plazo que apoya a la Fundación Hospital Pediátrico, una fundación sin fines de lucro enfocada en atraer recursos para mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad del Hospital Universitario Pediátrico y posicionarlo como la mejor opción para el cuidado de la salud infantil en Puerto Rico. V2A les ha ayudado a desarrollar su Plan Estratégico y ha creado mecanismos de encuesta para captar mejor las necesidades clave de las partes interesadas.

Grupo Guayacán

V2A Consulting has been one of Grupo Guayacán’s mentors and advisors since 2004. Grupo Guayacán’s vision is to lead in building an entrepreneurial ecosystem that develops global entrepreneurs and global ventures to be an engine of economic and social value creation in Puerto Rico.

Fundación Hospital Pediátrico

V2A has a long term partnership supporting Fundación Hospital Pediátrico, a nonprofit foundation focused on attracting resources to enhance the quality of life of the Pediatric University Hospital’s community and position it as the best option for child health care in Puerto Rico. V2A has helped them develop their Strategic Plan and created survey mechanisms to better capture key stakeholder needs.

Causa Local

V2A has a partnership with Causa Local, a nonprofit focused on providing small businesses with access to capital and resources to grow and improve their organizations. V2A collaborates with them in providing consulting services for select small businesses that had proven potential for growth.

Grupo RETO

V2A Consulting supported the founding of Fundación RETO, a non-profit organization that believes in the importance of integral education for our children and youth within the education and family environment as a fundamental means to empower the human being. Since its inception, V2A has been a part of this foundation’s Board of Directors.

Instituto Nueva Escuela

V2A Consulting has collaborated with Instituto Nueva Escuela (INE), which seeks to improve public school students’ academic and socio-emotional outcomes, in the development of its strategic plan, annual strategy reviews, and growth strategy sessions of the Montessori method in Puerto Rico.

Juan Domingo en Acción

V2A Consulting has supported Juan Domingo en Acción (JDA)’s mission of improving the quality of life of residents of Juan Domingo by contributing our time, leadership, and technical skills in various strategic efforts to address the community’s most pressing social, educational and economic needs. Additionally, our firm members are always present supporting various fundraising activities, such as the annual violin concert and Ríe por una Causa.

V2A Consulting has supported the Boys & Girls Club of Puerto Rico, a leader in offering after-school services to participants ages 6-18, by volunteering to lead some of their educational workshops geared to the development of character and promoting science, technology, engineering, and math.

ColaborativoPR

V2A Consulting has facilitated the strategic planning of ColaborativoPR, a group of six foundations that have joined forces to develop and implement a measurable social impact project aimed at ensuring educational success of public school students to and through college. V2A has helped design the pilot program in Loiza, define the program’s success metrics, developed measurement tools and is currently assisting in its expansion to other communities in Puerto Rico.
