Andrea joined the V2A team in 2022, attracted by the opportunity to collaborate with various clients and industries supporting them in managing their business improvement. Within her experience in the firm, she collaborated in developing a strategic plan with projects and initiatives that include strategies for brand and portfolio management, development and implementation of business processes, and organizational structure analysis. In addition, she is serving as a Lead Mentor within the We Serve Fellows 2022 program, supporting a local organization to achieve its growth goals along with a team that includes Fellows.
Before starting with V2A, Andrea worked at The Coca-Cola Company, where she had various roles developing brand projects, innovating portfolios and product launches, and customer management. After Coke, she began working with MARS Inc., where she led trade marketing teams in Puerto Rico and then served as brand manager of the pet food portfolio for the Central American and Caribbean region, where she led projects to optimize mass consumption portfolios, brand and category profitability projects, communication and innovation strategy.
Andrea enjoys doing outdoor activities like the beach, the farm, the river, and her family. She has a 5-year-old daughter and are always making up something to do. As a personal project, she has a farm dedicated to agriculture in Ceiba, Puerto Rico, where she has worked closely with her father and husband for the past two years.
